Location: Bent Tree Estates WALKING TRAIL (front of the neighborhood)
We have relocated the event this year because the Tot Lot was too small to accommodate everyone comfortably.
As always there will be a LARGE SPACE WALK for the kids, pizza, hot dogs, drinks, DJ, Special Guest, prizes and raffled items. VOLUNTEERS: We are in need of volunteers to help set up, assist at the event & donations if anyone is interested please let me know ASAP at president@bteca.org. DONATIONS: Balloons to decorate the Walking Trail Tables to use for the event (possibly 2-3 middle to large tables) Canopy (possibly 1-2 middle-large canopy, Canned Drinks (Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke) |
